As the COVID‑19 pandemic continues to impact the country, with increased infections in Victoria, the State government has declared a state of disaster and implemented Stage 4 Restrictions effective Sunday 2 August, for at least six weeks, ending on the 16 September. These necessary restrictions are impacting all aspects of our daily lives, but they need to be complied with to get us through. Let’s do this together!

Our primary concern continues to be for the protection of health, safety and wellbeing of all Australians – our employees, customers and suppliers. We are committed to producing the essential closures for our food, pharmaceutical, transport and agricultural industries. Equally, we are committed to compliance with all government and Department of Health direction. We have had a COVID‑Safe Plan in place since March that will be revised in light of Stage 4 requirements.

We feel a great responsibility to do what must be done to limit the spread of COVID‑19, at the same time ensuring we provide business continuity to our customers.

We thank you for your continued support and purchase of our quality products. We are grateful for your loyalty and for our business relationships that have been strengthened during this difficult time.

With your health as our main priority, we will continue with our measures established in March this year. You can read our COVID-19 notice here. Here are some key points below:

1. Whilst our sales staff cannot physically visit your facility.
Our sales staff are free to be contacted and appointments can be arranged via phone, emails or video call.

2. We are not accepting visitors and will not be inviting customers and our supply partners to meet at our premises.
However, if you require a visit, please contact our sales manager to discuss arrangements.

Our manufacturing business is operating as per usual, and we are taking every precaution to provide a safe environment for all staff and customers. Your phone or email orders will be promptly actioned, with our usual standard of excellence.

Please feel free to call our Sales Manager Bruce Langlands on 0405 801 288, or your Account Manager directly on (03) 9793 1500 if you have any questions. Thank you for your continued support and continue to stay healthy
